Burger Base

Anyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE my food, especially when it comes to desserts! I was first introduced to Burger Base at the time it was known as Shakes & Bakes during my third year at university. It was one of them places that I always used to hear about but never ventured to but I'm sure glad I eventually did.

 

They do a wide range of foods from burgers, wraps, chicken etc right down to their desserts and milkshakes but to be honest I just went there for their desserts but have heard great things about their food too.

 

The signature dish that I usually go for is called It's All Mine which fits perfectly as I don't like to share lol. It's a perfect mixture of a warm waffle cut into four sections, ice cream topped with strawberries and nutella/chocolate sauce (also comes with whip cream but I ask it without as I'm not too fond of it). 

 

The venue itself its small and cosy, as you walk in there are three comfy booths to the left and on the right a few tables and chairs, big enough for a small group of friends, which is handy because then you don't have to wait too long for your food to arrive :)

 

I can honestly say I haven't been dissapointed yet with the desserts I have tried there so if you are ever about in Coventry, make sure you stop here and try it out for yourself.
