Open Mic Night [2]

After the success of our first event we decided to create a second one on the 26.05.13 but with a theme just to change it up a lil' bit. This time we went Old Skool, with music from the 80's/90's and early 00! We even decided to create a name and logo 'Bliss Events'. The name took us a while to come up with as we wanted something that incorported something about us or our names,, so we ended up with Bliss Events due to thhe three S's....

From the first event, we learnt what worked well and what we could have improved on, and because it was falling on a bank holiday weekend we thought we could create some good deals to incorporate food and drink. We kept the adance tickets the sam price at £2 but increased the on the door price to £4!

Once again I designed the poster on Microsoft Word...it's amazing what you can do with a few pictures and words you find on the internet! Thank you Google :)

However, once again we had problems with the recorded content!! It recorded fine in terms of sound and light as we got a couple of photography/videography students to helps us out but when it came to reply it, all the content had been LOST *sigh*

But all in all it was another successful night with a great turn out and a bunch of amazingly talented people. Sadly it was the last event that Bliss Events done due to unforseen circumstances, but who knows what the future may hold ;)
