Best Western Spa
Best Westerm Plus Windmill Hotel is a golf and leisure hotel located on Birmingham Road, Warwickshire, CV5 9AL. I had the pleasure of going there on Valentine's Day this year to use their spa facilities, enjo a treatment and indulge in prosecco and strawberries.
The spa is part of the hotel so you can enter through the hotel entrance doors or use the side entrance (which we later found) which takes you straight to the spa reception. The spa is fairly small with only 3 treatement rooms but this just made it seem more cosier.
After checking in at reception we were shown to the spa area where we sat down and had to fill in some health forms. I was the first to have my treatment so I was taking into the treatment and told what the procedure was going to be and then left to get undress and onto the treatment chair.

For my treatment I enjoyed a half hour hot stone back and shoulder massage. I tend to get back pain so I was eager to relieve some of that tension from my massage. Most of the products used were Elemis, some of which I have used before. The staff were very friendly and tentative which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and relaxing.
After my treatment was finished I waited in the seatin area while Daiel started and finished his treatment after me. I was offered a choice of dfferent hot drinks so I chose hot chocolate in the end. Once both of us were finished we then walked down to the cellar bar and restaurant to enjoy a glass of prosecco and strawberries with melted chocolate. We sat by the window that overlooked the golf course which was a beautiful view.
After enjoying our afternoon delights we made our way back to the spa area to enjoy the rest of the facilities before heading out to dinner that evening. I did find the jaccuzi col hwever due to the fact that it was made part of the pool but when the jets come on you don't notice it too much.
Overall my experience at Best Western was a very enjoyable one and would return again to indulge in some further treatments. If you want to know more then click on the links below:
