Smoothie Bowl
I've been seeing these smoothie bowl recipes all over the place and they always look so delicious so I thought why not try my own and see how it works out. I originally saw this recipe on Vogue Haus and the ingredients and method was easy enough, so below is my take on the recipe and method that I used.
I think that my mixture may have been too runny but you can put less in to suit your own taste.

INGREDIENTS
Makes: 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls to share
- 200ml Soya Milk (Vanilla)
[More or less depending on consistancy to suit you]
- Frozen berries (strawberry, raspberries, blueberries)
[handful of each]
- Fruit of choice to decorate
[I used banana, kiwi, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and museli]

METHOD
1. Cut banana and place in blender with frozen berries and milk
2. Blend ingredients together until smooth
3. Pour mixture in bowl/bowls and decorate with the toppings of your choice.
It's as eas as 1, 2, 3!
